Port Scanner

The Port Scanner asks the server to test selected TCP ports on an authorized host and reports whether connections succeed within the timeout. It gives an immediate, focused result with no signup, explains the important limits beside the output, and keeps the workflow as private as the implementation allows.

What does a TCP port scanner test?

A TCP port scanner attempts network connections to selected ports and reports whether each connection succeeds before its timeout. It can confirm that an expected public service is reachable or reveal an unintentionally exposed service during an authorized infrastructure check.

This server-side scanner uses Node's net module, a fixed port allow-list, and requester rate limits. Closed and filtered outcomes can look alike when firewalls silently drop traffic, and a successful TCP connection does not prove the application is healthy or secure. Scan only systems you own or have explicit permission to test.
