How does a QR-code generator work?
A QR-code generator encodes text or a URL into a two-dimensional pattern that compatible cameras can recover without typing the value. This page renders the payload as a downloadable PNG for links, labels, event material, device setup, and other contexts where a scannable handoff is useful.
The qrcode library creates the image locally using UTF-8, so non-Latin text is supported and the payload is not uploaded. Capacity depends on content and error correction, and dense codes become harder to scan. A static QR code stores the destination itself and cannot be edited after distribution.
