How does Markdown-to-HTML conversion work?
A Markdown-to-HTML converter parses lightweight Markdown syntax and emits the corresponding HTML for headings, lists, links, tables, task lists, fenced code, and other supported constructs. The live preview makes it possible to check the rendered structure before copying the generated markup into a page or publishing system.
Marked parses GitHub Flavoured Markdown, then DOMPurify sanitizes the result before it is displayed or copied. That second step removes scripts, inline event handlers, and dangerous URL schemes that raw Markdown renderers may pass through. Conversion is one-way and runs entirely in the browser.
