What does a website tracker scanner find?
A tracker scanner fetches a public page and looks for domains associated with major analytics, advertising, and social-tracking services in its HTML. The inventory helps site owners audit third-party disclosure and lets visitors understand which external services are referenced before opening the page themselves.
The server checks the first 1 MB against a curated list of roughly two dozen tracker domains. It does not run page JavaScript, so consent-delayed, tag-manager-injected, first-party-proxied, or obfuscated requests can be missed. A detected domain shows a reference, not proof of the exact data collected or its legal basis.
